What should I send before you visit?
A short outline is enough. Photos help, but the site visit is where access, levels, drainage and the real condition of the space can be properly checked.
Do you charge for quotes?
Cooksey offers a free site visit for suitable landscaping work. You then receive a written quote so you know what is included before making a decision.
How soon can you start?
Start dates depend on the size of the job, materials, weather and the current schedule. After the visit, Cooksey can explain the likely timescale and next available slot.
Do all projects need planning permission?
No. Many garden jobs do not, but driveways, retaining walls, decking and larger level changes may need checks before work starts. We can flag anything worth looking into during the visit.
